What is the Club IG?

Does it cost anything to participate?
Yes! Participation is only limited to paid PREMIUM pack subscribers of the Games on Demand Service! To be eligible to earn Club IG Points, you must be a Paid subscriber of the Games on Demand service offered by Indiagames on indiagames.com or our ISP partners like Airtel Broadband, You Telecom, MTNL Mumbai, BSNL and Tata Indicom (VSNL). All CASUAL pack subscribers of MTNL, BSNL and TATA-VSNL are not eligible to be part of Club IG, however they can be eligible for club IG benefits by upgrading their package to PREMIUM pack. back to top
I am a Casual Pack Subscriber, am I eligible to participate in Club IG ?
FNo, only paid PREMIUM pack subscribers are eligible for CLUB IG. however they can be eligible for club IG benefits by upgrading their package to PREMIUM pack. back to top
Can I earn points and redeem prizes during the Free Trial Period?
No! Participation is only limited to paid PREMIUM subscribers of the Games on Demand Service and you cannot redeem any rewards or prizes during the free trial period! However if you become a paid subscriber, the points earned during free trial are added to your Club IG points. back to top

What are the requirements for participations?
To be eligible to earn Club IG Points, you must be a Paid subscriber of the Games on Demand service offered by Indiagames on indiagames.com or our ISP partners like Airtel Broadband, You Telecom, MTNL Mumbai, BSNL, and Tata Indicom (VSNL).In addition, it is your responsibility to ensure the shipping and contact information in your account is current user can hold only one account at a time. back to top
If I currently have an active Games on Demand Account, will I automatically receive my IG Club Points?
Yes. You were automatically opted into receiving IG Club Points. back to top
Can I transfer my IG Club Points to another person?
No. they may not be transferred to any person or entity. back to top
Can I run multiple game sessions at the same time ?
No. you can only play one instance of a game at any given time. Multiple game sessions/instances at the same time can be a cause of your disqualification and no IG Club Points will be awarded. back to top
I downloaded multiple copies of the same mobile game. Will I get multiple points?
Club IG points on mobile games are awarded only once for a particular game i.e if you download the same game multiple times you will still get rewarded only once. back to top

From when will I start getting club IG points?
Club IG will be live from 18th of Jan, 2007, Users will not get any credit for games played or downloaded before this date. back to top

Will i be awarded points for ALL my gaming sessions ?
All Sessions where play time is more than 6 hours per session are not rewarded any IG points w.e.f Jan 29, 2007. This is to avoid any illicit usage. We recomend you take enough breaks while enjoying playing your games . Also, only 6 hours of game play is awarded if game play for the day is more than 6 hours. back to top
What will be the percentage of taxes applicable on a redeemed prize?
All prizes whose value exceeds Rs.5,000/- will have to pay tax amounting to 30.6% of the value of the product. This is valid till 31st March 2007. With effect from 01st April 2007,the taxes applicable would be 30.9%. back to top
How do I pay the tax amount?
A Demand Draft in favor of Indiagames Limited would have to be made and submitted along with a copy of your PAN Card.back to top
Would I have to submit a Identity proof while redeeming a prize?
For all prizes whose value exceeds Rs.5000/-, a copy of the PAN Card would have to be submitted. In case, you do not have a PAN Card a declaration stating the same would have to be submitted to Indiagames. If a gamer is a minor, then a Legal Guardian undertaking would also be required.back to top

My Points getting lower or same?
While we continue our up gradation process one key change we are doing to our systems is to change it to 24hrs update cycle for Club IG Points from the current live update cycle.So next time you think your points are lower or same then please wait for 24hrs for them to update.Your points will accumulate to your account.back to top
What is the procedure for taking Annual Subscription plan for IG members?
